Limited recommendation

I bought Popit Duo and it does help me in being sure I have taken my medication. However, I would prefer it to also to be able to make sounds to remind me (as I often turn my mobile to silent). Also, it doesn't seem to recognize in all cases if I take a pill out of a package. It almost seems to be easier to press the little button on the side instead.
